All aboard........for a very unique and unusual experience on Weardale Railway.  Join us in 2024 on 14 April, 14 July and 10 November  Fancy the opportunity to photograph some unique and scenic locations on Weardale Railway? Arrive at Stanhope Station for a meet, greet and safety brief before boarding our Pacer train whose windows offer unparalleled  panoramic views of the dale. Departing Stanhope we head for arguably one of the best vistas (our opinion) on the railway. The experience lasts approx. four hours, with a number of opportunities to shoot the amazing natural beauty and industrial heritage along the Weardale Railway. We said this is a unique experience and here is why, you will be allowed to alight the train at six strategic points on the route to allow you to safely take photographs. You should be aware that the experience means you will be climbing on and off the train so a reasonable level of fitness is required, you can remain on the train and we will work with you to get the best shots. Whether you're a budding or experienced photographer this is a must for you!!!
