Join us for afternoon tea while travelling on the Weardale Railway behind our heritage Class 31 diesel locomotives.

Take your seat aboard the Afternoon Tea Train, sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey through the beautiful Weardale countryside while a selection of sandwiches and cakes is served to your table in beautifully presented boxes.

Trains departing from Stanhope will pause on the bridge over the River Wear at Broadwood while your afternoon tea is served.

Guests booking a VIP Afternoon Tea ticket will also receive a complimentary glass of Prosecco.
