oin us for a diesel running day on Thursday 18th complete with lounge car and real ales, with all 4 bars open from Friday until Sunday. Travel around to all 4 bars using the trains, and keep your eyes peeled for some new features this year!

Join us for our annual Beer, Cider & Gin Festival, which runs again from the 18th to 21st September 2025
A number of exciting new features for this year are currently being discussed, so keep your eyes peeled for further information!

This is a free event but tickets must be purchased for rail travel.


Thursday 18th September
A proposed diesel running day will take place on the Thursday, with real ales and food available on the train from 1200, alongside the Loughborough bar opening at 1600. This is our first new feature!

Friday 19th September
A full line timetable will operate from late morning, with all bars open until late. Live music will be filling the marquee at Quorn & Woodhouse throughout the evening, providing the perfect place to come and relax after the weeks work, and start off the weekend in style, with over 30 different beers available from the Tin shed Bar. If music is not your thing, don’t panic, our bars at Loughborough and Rothley will also be open. Food will be available from all of our sites, so grab something delicious and make a whole night of it.

Saturday 20th September
Very similar to Friday, however Saturday will see live music on during the afternoon at Quorn as well as into the evening, and maybe somewhere else too! Solo artists through to 4 piece bands, there will be a genre for everyone to enjoy, alongside an excellent selection of chilled ales. Trains will again run late into the night, to ensure everyone can get back to where they started from.

Sunday 21st September
A slightly quieter timetable will operate on Sunday, but all 4 bars will be open until late into the afternoon, so come and spend your lazy Sunday with us, and help us finish off what’s left.
