Diesel Only days with either Loco or DMU traction

Step aboard for a day of diesel-only trains on the Chinnor & Princes Risborough Railway. Depending on the timetable, services will be hauled by one of our classic locomotives or operated by a heritage diesel multiple unit. Either way, you can sit back in our vintage carriages and enjoy the views across the Chiltern Hills and the Vale of Aylesbury, with Red Kites often circling overhead.

Your ticket is valid for unlimited travel all day, allowing you to ride as many trains as you like or make a single return trip. Break your journey at either Chinnor or Princes Risborough for a stroll into the village or town, or spend the day with us and sample the full diesel service. Tickets are available online or at the station, with discounts for advance booking, families, and local residents.
