Our operation is run entirely by volunteer-based enthusiasts who give up their free time to run and maintain the railway. After defraying the cost of running the railway, we make regular donations to nominated charities and local organisations. Both our independent railway and the Van Hage Garden Centre is a popular visitor destination for children and parents alike, where there are a variety of activities available.
